About Cindy Ann Thompson

Born in Kentucky, Cindy Ann moved around to several different cities in the Southeast as a child as her father completed his training as a cardiovascular surgeon at different universities. She was privileged to attend high school at The Asheville School which was a boy’s boarding school in which girls could attend as day students. Majoring in Human Biology as a pre-med student at Emory University in Atlanta, Cindy Ann met the love of her life and married her best friend. As a young adult, Cindy Ann again moved several times and started to understand that home is everything and is the place where you find your center.
Cindy Ann dedicated many years to raising her two incredible sons in Austin, Texas who are now young adults working in the medical and finance industries. As a mother, Cindy Ann understood how important a home is to the happiness and security of a family.
After working part-time with a friend from tennis as a real estate assistant, Cindy Ann grew to love the business and quickly got her real estate license. Becoming a top producer in Texas for 10+ years, Cindy Ann has demonstrated the importance and value of concierge-level customer service when marketing luxury, waterfront and larger acreage properties, especially in high demand markets. Cindy Ann has earned her Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and Resort and Second Home Property Specialist designations among several others.
After moving to Florida to be near family, Cindy Ann worked in the title industry but found that being an agent was just in her blood and now works for The Keyes Company in Tequesta. Cindy Ann loves to figure out the nuances of how to best market a property and to find ways to target an audience for greatest profitability and the best timelines for her clients. She loves to help sellers move forward to the next phase of their life and she works diligently to make the very stressful moving process as seamless and stress-free as possible. She also gets incredible satisfaction in helping buyers find not only a profitable investment but most importantly, that special place in the universe in which they and their families can be happy and safe.
